Junction Coffee exists to gather people through warm, welcoming hospitality environments built around coffee, connection, and human interaction.
Coffee is the invitation — the reason people walk through the door. People are the purpose.
What began with a single double-decker bus and a simple hope to bring people together has grown into cafés, a roastery, and gathering places across Oklahoma City, each built on the belief that people deserve spaces where they feel welcomed, known, and connected.
Coffee gives us a reason to gather, but people are the reason we exist.
We believe in real hospitality over performance — people can tell the difference between genuine care and a script, so we choose genuine care. We believe no role is above another: leaders serve, teammates support one another, and ego has no place here. And we believe warmth and reliability both matter — warmth without consistency creates chaos, and consistency without warmth feels cold, so we pursue both. We are early in building the structure to carry this well, and we could not be more excited for what these next years will bring.

IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS FOR THIS ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Prior barista or customer service experience preferred, not required
Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and move through a fast-paced workspace with ease
Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Hourly, part-time and full time positions
Generally ranging from 10–35 hours/week based on availability and business needs.
Starting wage: $11/hr, variable depending on experience. Tip Eligible.
