QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation

  • Prior barista or customer service experience preferred, not required

  • Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and move through a fast-paced workspace with ease

  • Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

  • Hourly, part-time and full time positions

  • Generally ranging from 10–35 hours/week based on availability and business needs.

  • Starting wage: $11/hr, variable depending on experience. Tip Eligible.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Protecting the quality and consistency of customer experience across every location

  • Maintaining operational standards aligned with Junction’s mission, values, and culture

  • Supporting the refinement of hospitality systems and service environments that feel authentic and welcoming

Multi-Unit Operations Leadership

  • Overseeing operational consistency across all Junction locations

  • Supporting daily execution, store systems, and workflows without compromising culture

  • Identifying and solving operational gaps, and assisting in launch preparation for new locations and concepts

Scheduling & Labor Management

  • Managing scheduling systems and labor structure across locations

  • Supporting shift coverage planning and labor accountability

  • Helping reduce burnout through healthy, balanced staffing systems

Inventory, Ordering & Supply Management

  • Managing supply ordering systems and purchasing consistency

  • Maintaining inventory organization and preventing shortages or disruption

  • Coordinating operational vendor relationships

Leadership Development & Team Support

  • Supporting store-level leadership development and training emerging leaders

  • Helping create healthy accountability and communication systems

  • Modeling calm, consistent leadership behavior

Organizational Systems & Scalability

  • Helping prepare Junction for long-term growth and building scalable operational systems

  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and supporting communication structures between locations

  • Assisting in operational planning for future concepts and expansion
