About Us

A junction is a place where two or more things meet or are joined. For us, that meeting place is through coffee, whether on the bus or on Broadway. We are currently growing our team, looking for Shift Leads, Barista and Support that align with our core values of…

Connection- We commit to intentionally give of our time and space to connect with one another.

Equality- We love, respect and welcome everyone the same as we do our best friend.

Attentiveness- We care, therefore we do our best to pay attention, notice, and respond.

Honesty- We want to build trust and so will be forthcoming and truthful in what we say and do.

Humility- We own that there’s always more to learn, no one is perfect and we’re all in this together.
